Recently I talked about a website page strength tool that will help you to improve your visibility on the search engines. Today I'm going to share with you a cool resource I've been using to determine other factors like what you can expect your website to be worth if you sold it, or how much a link from your site would sell for.
You've put a lot of time and energy into your website, building backlinks and adding unique content. It's fun to see just how much all of that hard work has payed off.
DnScoop is a combination of many tools in one. You can find information from the whois database, Alexa traffic report, domain popularity, the amount of incoming links and a page rank checker. The thing I really like about this website domain program is its ability to estimate the value of your website.
I just ran this website through the domain price checker and it showed a value of $610. Not too bad, for a website less then three months old. Now I'm not saying anyone in their right mind would fork over $610 for this site but it does put all the work I've been doing into perspective.

There's another free domain appraisal tool at
You can use both of these tools to get instant domain value and determine the worth of your website. I've tried them both and noticed a pretty large discrepancy between the two. Regardless of the price fluctuation, they still might be useful to help determine website value. Now, finding someone to pay that price is another story.
